Each types of acne have their own characteristics and getting more familiar with them would actually be advantage for you. In this post, I will provide you with the adequate guidance on what you should do when deal with different types of acne infection.

Different Acne Types

Whiteheads – This is the mildest form of acne, where it only affects the external part of your skin and they are usually found anywhere around your face, and can become a bit itchy.
Solution: One of the best ways to take care of whiteheads is to wash your face regularly with clean water. Washing before you go out of your house and before you go to bed would really helps a lot.

Blackheads – Although blackheads are also considered as a mild form of acne, they are more visible than the whiteheads. This is because of their color, which would usually come as dark spots on your nose, cheeks, and chin. Blackheads are usually colored dark because they have accumulated dirt.
Solution: The best way to treat it is to use the natural exfoliating scrub. It should be noted that scrubbing your skin should be done as gentle as possible to avoid irritating it.

Pimples – Pimples are characterized by tiny but visible bumps on your face, which are usually colored in red and are filled with fluid that is pretty similar to pus. Pimples either come in groups or individually.Squeezing your pimples is the best way to go if you want to have more of them! Thus, it is best to avoid doing that, since it can irritate your skin, aside from damaging the follicles and create scars.
Solution: Treating pimples can be done by making use of quality over the counter pimple creams, and by washing your face regularly.

Cystic Acne – When you are not able to treat your pimples effectively, or if you have squeezed them, they can develop into cystic acne, in which the blemish would already reach the inner part or layers of your skin. When this happens, they are usually painful to the touch, and they would appear as larger bumps than normal.
Solution: Achieving success in treating cystic acne by yourself may be difficult, which is why it is best that you approach a dermatologist.
